We ship orders to almost every country of the world using standard postal
system.
- Orders are despatched within 2 to 3 working days upon receipt of
payment. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded.
An acknowledgement receipt will be emailed to you. If you do not receive
an email to acknowledge your order within 7 days from date of order,
please write us.
- Estimated delivery time for UK and US customers is 2 weeks. For
Philippine customers, delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks. However, customs
inspection may at times delay deliveries. In case of delay, please
allow up to 28 days for your order to be delivered to you.

Shipping Rates are uniform to all countries of destination. Rates
vary by product which can be seen before final check-out.
- 1st Naturals branded products are shipped separately from 1st Health
branded products. If your order contains both brands, expect to receive
2 separate parcels.

Payments
We use the Paypal secure server to process your payment. This payment
gateway is used by thousands of merchants worldwide.
If you do not have a paypal account, you proceed to check-out by filling up your
credit card, billing and shipping info in the billing/shipping form provided to
you by paypal. The process is straightforward, just like any other payment gateways.
