Q: My Country is not in the drop-down list during checkout. How can I buy?
A: Contact us so that we can add your country. You may also inform us about the products you want to buy and your location so we can send you a quote.

Q: Why Did I Receive a Partial Refund?
A: We always review your cart as against payment made. If we discover an excess payment for whatever reason, unless you have authorized the extra payment, say for signed instead of regular shipping mode, we automatically issue a refund.

Q: Do You Allow Returns?
A: We always ensure that products sent are packed with care. We do not allow returns. For the 7 years that we have been in the trading business, we have not received complaint of defective product.

Q: Do you accept alternative payment modes?
A: Yes, we accept payment via Western Union, LBC and bank transfer. Contact us for instruction.

Q: The carts display standard shipping. What if I want a signed international or registered mode of shipping?
A: Contact us with the products you want, your shipping address and paypal email so we can provide a quote.
